A FIGHT.........
How many of us call out for rescue on a daily basis? More importantly, when that rescue arrives in a way you may not have wanted it to, how many of us embrace it?
I'm gonna go backwards through the title of this blog and start with "a fight". I battle daily with my own struggles and vices, yet always find time to pray for deliverance from them just as they begin to overtake me. The amazing thing is I am given a way out and most of the time, choose to not see it. Call this the rollercoaster of the christian walk, but it still doesn't take the sting away knowing I would rather admit defeat to whatever the attack may be.....
I bring this up for several reasons, but one specifically. When you do choose to embrace God's rescue, you will never feel so free! He has started a work in His chosen and will complete it...this is what I continue to remind myself. "though I may fall, You lift me up when I have no strength"
I am writing to all those that battle daily like me. Be encouraged and when the fight begins, embrace His rescue......
AN UPDATE.................
We have much to celebrate and plans to make! This past weekend we had a drummer all the way from Indiana come out to Connecticut and spend time with us auditioning. I'm pleased to say that it went very well and we feel that he could be the right fit for us. We will keep you posted with progress on this as we move forward. We have some video footage from the weekend along with a V-blog that is being worked on now and it should be up soon!
A SHOW.................
